This is a coming attraction post. I just got an amazing letter from someone about changing their eating habits and the positive results. I’ve asked her permission to repost, I’m just awaiting her reply. All I can say is: It works. It works. It works. I talked last week to someone who had every excuse in the world why she couldn’t lose weight or exercise, and my friends message is the perfect antidote to that. It is so simple. Eat real food, eat veggies. Don’t pig out. Period. You won’t have to count calories, you won’t be fat. You might be larger than someone else, but you won’t be obese.
