Every time I read one of these inspirational stories, I have to share it. This time it’s a guy who wanted to lose weight and didn’t have much money. These kinds of stories reinforce my belief that it does not require a lot to live healthy. If you want to make excuses, make them, but don’t tell me the poor can’t eat well, or if you can’t afford to join a gym, then you can’t lose weight. The biggest part of losing weight is not eating junk. Eating less in general doesn’t hurt, but if you are eating less, it is more important to not eat junk, because every calorie needs to count for nutrition.
